The Search

1. Buyer’s Interview- We will meet with you to determine exactly what you are looking for, to learn your likes and dislikes, and determine the exact criteria that we will use on our search. We will also speak to you regarding the advantages and disadvantages of different communities. 

2. Buyer’s Website- We will build an exclusive site for you. This site emails you when new homes that match your criteria are entered onto the MLS. It allows you to post remarks on these homes and save your favorites. This is a great communication tool for us, and allows you to request to view a home with the click of a button. 

3. Showings - We will arrange to view homes with you at your convenience. We act as an extra set of eyes, pointing out possible hindrances, and making sure that you buy a home that you and your family will love for years to come.
